Upgrading

  1. Go to Settings → Plan
  2. Click Upgrade on the tier you want
  3. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout
  4. Once payment completes, your new features unlock immediately

Switching billing cycle

You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. Annual saves around 20% compared to monthly.

Downgrading

You can downgrade at the end of your current billing period. Your data is never deleted, but features above your new plan become read-only.

What if I exceed my plan's response limit?

You'll get an in-app warning at 80% of your limit, and again at 100%. New responses will be blocked until you upgrade or the next billing cycle resets — existing data stays accessible either way.
