Set up automations in Settings → Automations.

Per-event notifications

  • New response — email + in-app notification each time a form is submitted
  • Form closed — email + in-app when a form reaches its close date

Periodic summaries

  • Daily — yesterday's response totals across all forms
  • Weekly — last 7 days' performance and top themes
  • Monthly — month-over-month trends

Channels

  • Email — set the admin email in the automations panel
  • Slack — paste an incoming webhook URL
  • Microsoft Teams — paste an incoming webhook URL

Slack and Teams notifications include a deep link back to the form's analytics page.

Per-user vs account-level

The automations panel sets account-level rules. Individual users also see in-app notifications via the bell icon in the sidebar.
