Form Wizard runs on the Base44 platform. All response data is stored in encrypted databases with daily backups.

Who can see your data

  • You and your team (users you've invited)
  • Workspace viewers can see only the forms assigned to their workspace
  • Shared analytics link recipients can see only the specific form you've shared
  • Our support team can access your data only if you explicitly request help

We never sell, share or use your response data for advertising.

Respondent privacy

If you collect email or location data, you're responsible for telling respondents how it'll be used (typically via the welcome page or a privacy notice). Form Wizard provides the tools — you provide the policy.

GDPR

Form Wizard is GDPR-compliant. You can export or delete all data for a specific respondent on request by searching for their email in the Responses table.
