Workspaces are a Reseller-only feature for agencies who want to give clients a self-service portal under a branded URL.

What you get

  • A unique slug like /r/acme-co that becomes the client's portal URL
  • Custom logo, brand colour and company name on every page
  • A dedicated viewer email — the client can log in to see results without seeing anyone else's data
  • Forms tagged to that workspace appear in the client's portal automatically

How it differs from Clients/Projects

  • Clients/Projects organise forms inside your account
  • Workspaces create a separate, branded environment your client logs into

You can run both at the same time — e.g. organise internally with Projects, then mirror selected forms to a Workspace for the client.

Setting one up

  1. Go to Workspaces → New workspace
  2. Pick a slug, set the branding and add the viewer's email
  3. Assign forms to the workspace from each form's settings
