1. Overview
Form Wizard ("we", "us") provides a survey and feedback platform to businesses and their respondents. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our marketing site, the Form Wizard application, and any survey hosted on our platform.
2. Data we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and the workspace details you choose to share. When respondents complete a survey, we collect the answers they provide, plus optional metadata such as the device user-agent and an approximate location, if the survey owner has enabled those fields.
3. How we use data
We use your data to operate the platform, secure your account, generate analytics for the surveys you own, and send you operational emails. We never sell respondent data, and we never use it to train external advertising models.
4. Sharing and processors
We rely on a small set of trusted sub-processors (hosting, email delivery, payment processing). Each is bound by a data-processing agreement and only handles data necessary to perform their service.
5. Retention
Survey data is retained for as long as the owning workspace is active. You can delete responses, forms, or your entire account at any time from your account settings. Deleted data is removed from our active systems within 30 days.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You can exercise these rights at any time by emailing privacy@formwizard.app.
