1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Form Wizard, you agree to these terms of service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Form Wizard to send spam, collect data deceptively, run unlawful surveys, or transmit malicious content. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Plans and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the forms you create and the responses you collect. You grant Form Wizard a limited license to host, process, and display that content as required to operate the service.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep Form Wizard available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Form Wizard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in the application at least 14 days before they take effect.
