Every form has two special pages you can customise:
Welcome page
Shown before the first question. Useful for explaining context, estimated time and what the data will be used for. Configure:
- Title and subtitle
- Button text (default "Get Started")
- Image (centred above the title)
- Layout template — centred, image top, split, hero cover or minimal
You can disable the welcome page entirely if you want respondents to drop straight into Q1.
Thank-you page
Shown after submission. Configure:
- Title and message
- Optional redirect URL (e.g. your home page) after a set delay
- Optional button linking somewhere else (newsletter, product page, etc.)
Both pages support full branding from the Design panel.
