There are three ways to create a form:

1. From scratch

Click New form in the Forms page → pick "Start blank". You'll land in the form builder with one empty question ready to edit.

2. From a template

The template library has dozens of pre-built surveys covering market research, HR, customer feedback, healthcare and more. Pick one, fill in any [bracketed placeholders] (e.g. [brand name]) and you're ready to go.

3. With AI

Choose Build with AI and write a one-paragraph brief — e.g. "I want feedback from event attendees on our annual conference, focusing on session quality and venue". The AI will refine your brief into structured questions you can then edit.

After creating

Every form has three views in the top-right of the builder:

  • Editor — questions, design and settings
  • Preview — see exactly what respondents will see
  • Analytics — appears once you have responses

Don't forget to hit Publish before sharing your form's link.
