Who can invite?

  • Admin users can invite both admin and user accounts.
  • Regular users can only invite other regular users.
  • Free plan is single-user — upgrade to Agency or Reseller to add teammates.

How to invite

Go to Settings → Team and enter the email address of the person you want to invite, along with the role. They'll receive an invitation email and become active once they sign in.

What each role can do

  • Admin — full access to every form, every workspace and billing/settings.
  • User — can create and manage their own forms; cannot access billing or invite admins.

If you need finer-grained permissions (e.g. read-only client access), use Workspaces on the Reseller plan instead.
