Publishing
A form has three statuses:
- Draft — being built, not accessible publicly
- Published — live and accepting responses
- Closed — no longer accepting responses (shows a custom closed message)
Click Publish in the form builder's top bar when you're ready. You can unpublish at any time.
Sharing your form
Once published, your form gets a public URL like:
https://yourdomain.com/f/your-form-title/form-id
You can:
- Copy and paste the link into emails, Slack, social media etc.
- Send it via QR code (generate one with any free QR tool)
- Embed it in a page using an iframe (the URL works inside iframes)
Closing a form
You can close a form manually, or set a close date in Settings → Close form on date. After closing, visitors see a custom message you can edit.
