My form looks broken on mobile
Check your image sizes in the welcome page and theme. Cover images should be at least 1200×600px so they don't pixelate; avoid logos taller than 200px.
Logic isn't working
Logic only respects questions above the question with the rule. Re-order if needed. Also check the operator — equals is exact and case-sensitive.
My AI summary won't generate
You need at least 1 completed response. If you're on the Free plan, you'll see a teaser only — upgrade to Agency for the full summary.
Responses are coming in but not showing up
Refresh the analytics page. The page caches results for a few seconds — they'll appear on next load.
I can't see the Workspaces / Clients menu
Those are plan-gated:
- Clients & Projects requires the Agency plan or above
- Workspaces requires the Reseller plan
My share link doesn't work
Check that sharing is toggled on for that form. If you toggle it off then on again, a new link is generated and the old one stops working.
