Every meaningful change to a form is snapshotted automatically.

Viewing history

Open the form in the builder → click Activity log in the right-hand panel. You'll see a list of versions with timestamps and a short summary of what changed.

Reverting

Click Revert to this version on any entry. The form's current state is preserved as a new version first, so reverting is itself reversible.

What's tracked

  • Question additions, edits and deletions
  • Layout, theme and welcome/thank-you page changes
  • AI-applied changes (separately labelled so you know what was you vs the AI)

Deleted forms

If you accidentally delete a form, contact support within 30 days — we can usually restore it from backup.
