Drop-off tab
Three top-line metrics:
- Completion rate — % of starters who finished
- Incomplete — count of partial submissions
- Biggest drop-off — the question that caused the most abandonments
Below that, a drop-off by question chart shows where each respondent stopped.
Why this matters
A high drop-off at a specific question usually means:
- The question is unclear or sensitive
- It's required but shouldn't be
- The form is too long up to that point
Use the drop-off chart to spot exactly where to trim or rewrite.
Question report
For per-question deep dives, open the Question report tab. You can:
- See every question's chart on one page
- Filter by sentiment ("Only positive responses")
- Filter by another answer ("Only respondents who said Yes to Q3")
