On Agency and Reseller plans you can generate a public share link for any form's analytics.
How
- Open the form's Analytics page
- Click Share with client
- Toggle sharing on and copy the link
The link is unguessable (contains a random token) and gives view-only access — no editing, no other forms, no settings.
What clients see
The full analytics dashboard, including:
- Overview, smart scoring, responses, drop-off and question reports
- Sentiment, themes and the AI summary
- Hotspot map and word clouds
They cannot:
- Edit the form
- See other forms in your account
- Export data
- Access billing or settings
Revoking access
Click Share with client again and toggle sharing off. The link stops working immediately.
