Overview tab
- Total responses, questions, avg completion time, top location — at-a-glance stats
- AI summary — a narrative report of what your responses are telling you
- Smart scoring — NPS, CSAT, top-box or average rating panels (if applicable)
- Suggested actions — AI-generated next steps
- Submissions over time — daily volume chart
- Top locations — most common respondent locations
- Sentiment barometer — positive vs negative breakdown
- Word cloud — common terms in free-text responses
- Age distribution — if you have an age question
- Hotspot map — geographic visualisation
Smart scoring tab
Detailed NPS/CSAT/top-box panels with score distributions. Only appears if your form has rating questions.
Responses tab
The raw data: one row per completed submission, one column per question. Sortable and resizable.
Drop-off tab
Completion rate, count of incomplete responses, and which question caused the most abandonments.
Question report tab
Per-question charts (bar, pie, histogram) with optional segment filters by sentiment or by another answer.
