CSV — responses only

A single flat file:

  • One row per completed response
  • One column per question, plus submission metadata
  • Best for importing into Google Sheets, Excel or analytics tools

XLSX — full report

A multi-tab Excel workbook:

  • Overview — totals, completion rate, top location, sentiment breakdown and AI themes
  • Responses — every completed response, one row per submission
  • Drop-off rates — completion %, incomplete count and biggest drop-off question

Best for sharing a complete written report with stakeholders or clients.

What about charts?

Exports include the underlying data rather than stylised charts. You can recreate any chart in Excel from the tables — and they'll always be in your client's brand colours that way.
