The Suggested actions panel sits at the top of the Overview tab and surfaces things you should probably look at right now.
Cards you might see
- Urgent responses — flagged for safety, distress or unresolved issues
- Recurring negative themes — common complaints across responses
- Strong positive sentiment — testimonial-worthy quotes
- High drop-off question — where respondents are quitting
- Low completion rate — overall form is too long or unclear
- Missing scoring — suggestion to add an NPS or CSAT question
Each card has a "View X" button that filters the Responses tab to just that segment so you can read the actual feedback.
Priority briefing
At the very top, an AI-generated priority briefing summarises the most important things in plain English.
The panel updates as new responses come in.
